Sitka Secret Sizzle started where every good Alaska story does: at the water's edge, with a fresh-caught fillet and a question — how do you let wild salmon taste like itself, only better?
After years of cookouts on a small island in Southeast Alaska, the answer became this blend. Sea salt and smoked paprika for the backbone. Crystallized lemon and juniper berries — a nod to the spruce and saltwater that surround Sitka — for brightness and a little wild edge. Just enough cayenne to wake it up. No fillers, no anti-caking junk, no mystery. Just a seasoning we'd actually want on our own dinner.
It's blended in small batches and packed in a 5 oz shaker that earns its spot right next to the grill. Made by Alaskans, for anyone who loves real food cooked simply.
