After years of cookouts looking over the waters of Sitka, Alaska,  the answer became this blend. Sea salt and smoked paprika for the backbone. Crystallized lemon and juniper berries — a nod to the spruce and saltwater that surround Sitka — for brightness and a little wild edge. Just enough cayenne to wake it up. No fillers, no anti-caking junk, no mystery. Just a seasoning we'd actually want on our own dinner.

How to Use It

The proven method for a perfect fillet:

1. Coat your salmon fillet in a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil.
2. Season generously over the top — don't be shy.
3. Cook skin-side down at 350–400°F for 6 minutes.
4. Flip, and cook 3–4 more minutes until it flakes.

That's it. Crisp skin, moist center, flavor all the way through.
